This is a great video of a market in Ecuador. This market appears to be more for the locals than the tourists. You can hear all the sounds of the market including sounds made by the numerous animals for sale: goats, sheep, pigs. Vendors have their goods set up in push carts, stands, and even just arrange on the ground.
